Qualifications

• Active CNA license in IL.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs, height, weight and demographic data.
• Assist patients with personal and daily care (bathing, oral hygiene, shaving, hair care).
• Deliver meals and snacks and document oral intake.
• Turn and position immobile patients and assist with mobility.
• Respond to patient call lights and provide care to improve patient well-being.
• Transport patients to designated areas as needed.
