Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Gorham House in Gorham, ME. This full-time, day-shift position offers a competitive hourly wage and a chance to care for residents under supervision.

Responsibilities include vital signs, ADLs, skin care, and contributing to care plans with a compassionate, patient-first approach. English proficiency required; CNA licensure per state rules may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• CNA licensure as required by state regulations.
• English proficiency to perform duties and communicate.

Responsibilities

• Take and record vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
• Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output.
• Recognize abnormal changes and report to supervisor promptly.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Transfer, position, and turn residents safely and respectfully.
• Provide skin care and help with comfort measures.
• Contribute to assessments and plans of care for residents.
• Follow the schedule of residents' needs set by supervisor.
