Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift. You will provide compassionate daily resident care, assist with activities of daily living, and work closely with a interdisciplinary team to maintain dignity and safety.

Starting pay ranges from $15.75 to $18.15 per hour, with shift differentials, weekly pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and employee recognition

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (GA or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
