Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our mission-driven team. You will support residents with daily living activities and collaborate with nurses to deliver respectful, patient-centered care.

Starting pay is $15.75 to $18.15 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
