Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a school for nursing assistants or have a license as a certified nursing assistant.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as assigned per facility policies, nursing care procedures and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds at the start of shift and every two hours to provide quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identification before administering care or meals.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean and within residents' reach.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Assist with other duties as directed by nursing leadership.
