Job summary

Marin Post Acute in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care across all shifts. You will assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and support dignity and independence in a collaborative team environment.

We offer full-time hours, competitive pay of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, and a supportive leadership team with opportunities for training and career growth within a growing healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• Must have current California CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with transferring and repositioning residents safely.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide excellent resident care.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
