Join us in a supportive, faith-based community where teamwork, respect, and service are fundamental. Positions are available across assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.

Shift Hours / Schedule:
  • PM Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm (AL & SNF)

  • NOC Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am

Shift Differential: An additional $2.00 per hour for PM and NOC shifts (between 2:00 pm and 6:30 am).

Requirements:
  • Med Tech experience required.

  • If lacking Med Tech experience, willingness to complete training within the first 30 days of employment, during which the candidate will work as both CNA and Med Tech.

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the nurse manager and take direction from licensed nurses or supervisory staff.
  • Provide direct daily care to residents, including assistance with activities, light housekeeping, laundry, and dining services.
  • Assist residents with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and transferring.
  • Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms, change linens, and ensure personal effects are organized.
  • Assist with resident laundry, ensuring clothes are marked, clean, mended, ironed, and stored appropriately.
  • Prepare residents for meals, assist with serving, and feeding as needed.
  • Cross-training opportunities in Assisted Living may be available.
Ideal Candidate:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion and passing of an approved Nursing Assistant program in the state.
  • Listed on the State’s Health Nursing Assistant Registry.
Compensation:

Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Estimated pay considering qualifications and experience.
