Job summary

Central Gardens Post-Acute in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time roles on AM/PM and NOC shifts. Compensation ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As a CNA at Central Gardens, you are the heartbeat of our facility. You will:

• Provide Essential Care: Deliver high-quality daily nursing support and remain highly responsive to resident call lights.

• Support Clinical Flow: Assist with the seamless management of admissions and discharges, as well as meal service coordination.

• Monitor & Report: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team by monitoring resident health and reporting any status changes to supervisors immediately.

• Build Community: Foster a compassionate environment for residents and a supportive atmosphere for your peers.

Qualifications
