The Sanctuary of Holy Cross seeks compassionate CNAs to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a long-term care facility. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, and patient comfort while supporting nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Indiana.
• Experience in long-term care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Assist with mobility: transferring, repositioning, walking.
• Monitor and report health or behavioral changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding and ensuring nutrition and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
• Adhere to facility policies and health regulations.

The CNA plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents by assisting with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
