Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) provides resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, psychosocial support, and basic health care needs. Responsibilities include transfers, range of motion exercises, meal assistance, and documentation. The NA supports infection control and maintains resident dignity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or CNA experience preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in process within four months.
• Annual competency testing and continuing education credits required.
• State-specific certifications and driving requirements may apply.
