Job summary

Lenbrook Square Foundation Inc. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, high-quality direct resident care on the 2nd floor under LPN supervision.

You will assist with ADLs, transfers, vital signs, and maintain HIPAA confidentiality while collaborating with the care team and participating in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to supervising staff.

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.

Job description

• Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Support residents with ambulation and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Take and record vital signs accurately, reporting any changes or concerns to the supervising LPN.
• Maintain the confidentiality of resident information and facility operations, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

Required Education:

• Valid Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant Certification.

Required Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in long-term care or acute care setting.
