Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Titusville, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support medically fragile children in our Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) program.

As a CNA, you will work under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, hands-on care that supports each child’s health, safety, and development. This role offers daytime clinical opportunities and a team‑oriented culture focused on family support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active, unrestricted CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of experience caring for infants and toddlers (subject to reference verification).
• Successful completion of all required screenings and clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, hygiene, toileting, positioning, and mobility.
• Monitor patient status and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
• Measure and document vital signs as directed.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Support infection-control and safety protocols.
• Assist in transporting and accompanying children to and from the PPEC facility as needed.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in ongoing training, competencies, and in-service education.
• Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs with compassion and professionalism.
