Job summary

Seasons & Crown Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver personalized care in patients' homes or facility settings in Missouri.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and provide emotional support to patients and families during life’s important moments. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, vital signs, feeding, mobility, and documenting care while maintaining a safe, dignified environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Completion of an approved CNA program.
• At least 1 year of direct care experience preferred (hospice or home care a plus).
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 pounds and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
• Must pass any required pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Change linens, wash laundry, clean living areas, and maintain a safe environment.
• Measure and report vital signs, intake & output, and observe/report health changes.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, ambulation, and patient positioning.
• Administer basic treatments and support medication adherence as directed by nurses or physicians.
• Prepare meals and assist with nourishment between meals.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the nursing team.
• Assist with post-mortem care as needed in hospice settings.
