Job summary

ComForCare in Portage, MI seeks a dedicated CNA/HHA to provide in-home care for elderly clients. You will assist with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, meals, and medication reminders, with a flexible 40-hour schedule running seven days a week.

You must be willing to drive clients if needed, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain CNA or HHA certification. English literacy is required and duties occur in clients' homes. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA certification required or in progress.
• Experience providing in-home personal care preferred.
• Ability to read & write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly or post-surgical clients.
• Help clients with medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and accompany to appointments or walks.
• Assist with meals and basic physical therapy exercises.
