Job summary

BrightCare HomeCare LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver or CNA to provide high-quality care in a safe, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate has dementia experience, behavior-management skills, and proficiency with a Hoyer Lift.

Responsibilities include direct personal care, mobility assistance, monitoring client changes, and following care plans. Weekend availability is required and a background check will be completed.

Qualifications

• CNA license preferred; experience with dementia or behavior issues.
• Experience using a Hoyer Lift required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Assist with mobility/transfers using Hoyer Lift or devices.
• Monitor changes in condition and report concerns promptly.
• Support clients with dementia and behavioral issues with patience and de-escalation.
• Follow care plans and medication reminders; communicate with family and team.
