Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or LPN. Responsibilities include a range of individualized patient care activities and non-professional services to support personal needs and comfort.

Location notes include Plymouth Meeting, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Allentown, PA with various healthcare facilities. Requirements include CNA certification, one year experience preferred, CPR if applicable, and eligibility

Qualifications

One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred
Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements
Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
Current CPR if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Direct patient care under supervision of RN/LPN or other licensed professional
Perform a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services for personal needs and comforts
