Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under RN direction; processes orders; participates in evaluating and modifying care plans as directed by RN.
• Maintains a safe and clean patient environment.
• Completes documentation and data entry per policy; reports health status data.
