Job summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a CNA or Home Health Aide in Leominster, MA for 12-hour shifts (9pm–8am) with 3–4 days per week availability. The role focuses on one-on-one in-home care to help clients live safely and with dignity.

We require an active MA CNA license and 1–2 years of home care experience, with flexibility for overnight hours. MAP certificate/med admin experience is a plus. Background check and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Massachusetts.
• 1–2 years of experience in home care or similar.
• Ability to work overnight shifts 9pm–8am with accommodations.
• Pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, skin care.
• Alzheimer's and Dementia experience.
• Light housekeeping: laundry, tidying, changing linens.
