Job summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Float Pool, delivering care across multiple units and facilities throughout Illinois. This role offers variety, flexibility, and opportunities to grow within the organization.

You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents’ well-being, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safety, comfort, and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification compliant with state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals, hygiene, ambulation and positioning.
• Monitor resident condition and report changes to the nurse.
• Respond to call lights and resident requests promptly.
• Document care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies and assist in multiple units as needed.
