Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the Float Pool on a PRN basis. You will support patients with daily care needs, promote comfort and safety, and assist the care team across multiple inpatient areas.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospital setting, collaborating with nurses and interdisciplinary staff. This role offers weekend and night differential possibilities and flexible PRN scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana CNA certificate.
• CPR certification as applicable to assigned area.
• Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Preferred: prior healthcare or hospital experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care, including hygiene, mobility, comfort, and safety.
• Obtain and report vital signs.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care accurately and report changes in condition.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment.

Schedule: 12 hour Shift | PRN | As Needed

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
