Job summary

Palomar Health seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide and document patient care under RN supervision. You will float to different departments and facilities, delivering a safe, confidential care environment while supporting the care team.

English proficiency is required, and you will use standard office tools. The role is a 12-hour night shift with a focus on quality care and teamwork in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
• BLS - Healthcare Provider certification required.
• Crisis Prevention (CPI) training within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to read and speak English at a level sufficient to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents care to patients under the direction of the RN, in a safe, comfortable and confidential environment.
• Participates as a team member to ensure appropriate resources for internal/external customers.
