The CNA provides residents with high-quality direct routine care in activities of daily living, under supervision, following MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards, resident rights, and facility policies. Responsibilities include basic nursing, personal care, restorative services, and understanding residents' mental health and social needs, especially for cognitively impaired residents.
