Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Certified Nurse Assistant to care for residents in various Long Term Care Facilities.

Department Description: The nursing team at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Foundation strives to SERVE in providing exceptional care to residents, families, and each other. Each team member brings their strengths to collaboratively deliver compassionate care, fostering a positive, team-driven environment. Support is available from management, LPNs, RNs, and RMTs. The position offers full-time, part-time, or PRN options, with scheduling flexibility determined in coordination with the Director of Nursing Administration.

Daily Responsibilities: Applying current nursing theories, principles of treatment, and procedures; maintaining a safe, clean environment; contributing to operational and communication efforts; behaving in alignment with CMH's mission and objectives; performing additional duties as required.

Job Details: The position is full-time.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or higher (preferred).
• Experience: Certified as a Nurse Assistant, with at least one year of experience.
• Skills: Good communication, patience, attention to detail, flexibility, intrapersonal skills, willingness to travel within the eight-county service area.
• Licensure/Certification: Certified Nurse Assistant Certification; CPR certification (to be obtained within six months of hire, available through CMH).
