Job summary

Mid-Valley Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver patient care under the supervision of RNs and LPNs. This role floats between Acute Care and Labor and Delivery as needed, supporting a wide range of patient needs and ensuring accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in acute care, holds WA CNA certification, and demonstrates strong communication and adherence to HIPAA and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and CNA training.
• 1-3 years in acute care setting.
• WA State CNA registration and renewal before birthday year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care under RN/LPN supervision.
• Accurately use EMR/EHR for documentation.
• Record and communicate patient information to medical staff.
• Assist with ambulation, personal care, and daily activities.
