Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is seeking compassionate CNAs for Hale Makua Health Services in Kahului, Maui. This role offers flexible short-hour shifts (4 hours daily, five days a week) to support residents with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meals, and mobility while promoting dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA certification required in Hawaii.
• Good communication and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with showering, bathing, grooming, dressing and personal hygiene.
• Provide hand-on meal assistance and support during meals.
• Assist residents with toileting, transfers, positioning and other ADLs.
• Monitor residents during personal care and meals and report changes to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team and complete documentation accurately and timely.
