Right at Home Northeast & Central Nebraska is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated caregivers. As a CNA, you will provide one-on-one care and support in clients' homes, assisted living communities, or long-term care facilities, helping with daily living activities and comfort.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA license.
• At least 6 months of CNA LTC experience.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
• Work collaboratively with our care team to create personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care, including medication administration and vital sign tracking
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations
