Job summary

Gold Crest Care Center in the Bronx is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our compassionate care team. Full Time, Part Time and Weekend shifts available, morning hours, in a CMS-rated skilled nursing facility.

You will interact with patients, monitor vitals, assist with daily living activities, transport patients, and collaborate with nurses and staff to maintain resident dignity and comfort. Join a warm, patient-centered environment that values teamwork and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA certification and be in good standing.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Able to interact with patients with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, meals, turning and ambulation, and hydration.
• Help patients with personal hygiene, baths, and showers.
• Provide adjunct care including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
• Check vital signs and record in the patient’s chart daily.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and Joint Commission standards.
