Confidential Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility in Flourtown, PA 19031 is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team across full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules. This facility in the Flourtown/Chestnut Hill area offers a supportive environment and opportunities for growth as you help residents with daily living activities and care.

Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required; newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification required.
• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding as needed.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions promptly.
• Document resident care accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
• Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and facility policies.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.
