Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining).
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care.
• Assist with transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
