San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated team in San Bruno, CA. In this part-time role with weekend availability, you will support residents with essential daily living activities and provide dignified, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining).
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive resident care.
• Assist residents with safe transfers, positioning, ambulation, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, or vital signs to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with documentation and participate in care planning as directed.
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and requests.
