Job summary
Ozark Care and Rehab is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our team in Missouri. We offer a full range of shifts from 6:30am–7:00pm and 6:30pm–7:00am, with competitive pay based on experience and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time staff.
We provide benefits including PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, and a supportive work environment with regular staff appreciation events.
Qualifications
- Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Missouri
- Ability to perform essential nursing assistant duties as listed in the job posting
- Commitment to compassionate resident care and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs
- Assists residents with grooming, hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care
- Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding
- Assists with range of motion and mobility
- Performs vital signs and records readings as directed
- Provides direct and indirect resident care and communicates changes to the nursing team
- Supports residents with daily activities and ensures comfort
