Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, confidential, and respectful hands-on care under supervision and plan of care.
• Support daily living activities and independence (personal care, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, transportation).
• Accurately document care and observations each shift.
• Collaborate with nurse and office team to ensure quality care and service continuity.
