Americare Senior Living seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting in Springfield, MO. You will support daily living activities, mobility, and safety within a family-oriented community.

You will work with a caring team, receive scheduling flexibility, and be part of a company recognized for its Great Place to Work culture. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers, lifting, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
