Qualifications

• ACTIVE CNA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in care planning and implement individualized care programs.
• Collaborate with team to create a warm, compassionate environment.
