Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain resident confidentiality in line with HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in care planning and implement individualized care programs.
