Job summary

Moose Lake Village, a Cassia senior community, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer a safe nurse-to-resident ratio, new wages, and a commitment to supporting your career growth through advancement opportunities and professional development.

As a CNA at Moose Lake Village, you’ll help residents maintain independence by assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Assistant certification required and in good standing on the registry.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain the highest level of independence by assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration; report changes to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report changes in condition to the supervisor.
