Job summary

Qualifications

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitors vital signs and reports variances.
• Supports mobility, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Responds promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative activities as directed.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Transports residents to appointments and activities.
• Checks vital signs and reports variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Responds quickly to call lights and attends to needs.
• Performs restorative/rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Assists walking with/without self-help devices.
