Paycom - ATS is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. Provide hands-on patient care, assist with ADLs, and help ensure safety and dignity in a skilled nursing setting. Competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.
• Must be able to lift, move, and transfer patients safely.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with patient transfers, ambulation, and repositioning using safe lifting techniques.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the Charge Nurse; document care and activities accurately.
• Support individualized care plans to improve outcomes and maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment.
• Follow all facility policies and participate in handoffs, training, and ongoing education.
