Qualifications
- Current CNA certification is required.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under RN supervision.
- Assist in implementing patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
