Job summary

River Ridge Living Center in Amsterdam, New York is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our rehab facility, assisting with daily living activities and collaborating with licensed nurses to deliver high-quality care.

We offer part-time and full-time shifts, flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $16–$21 per hour, and benefits such as health, dental and vision coverage; NYS CNA certification is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience (experience preferred).
• Certification as NYS CNA.

Responsibilities

• Assist nurses in carrying out the nursing plan and provide quality care to residents.
• Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Maintain accurate patient care records.
• Demonstrate a professional, compassionate demeanor.
