Job summary

Maplewood Senior Living in Orange, CT is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for 7am-3pm shifts (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, and every other weekend). You will assist residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility; engage residents through activities; work with the nursing team to meet care needs; and keep environments clean and safe for residents.

Open interviews are held on Wednesdays from 2pm-4pm with no appointment needed; Maplewood conducts pre-employment screening

Qualifications

• Experience and passion in working with seniors.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families and staff.
• In good health and free of communicable diseases.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, continence care, dining and mobility.
• Engaging residents through interaction, programs and activities.
