Job summary

Life Enriching Communities in Westlake, OH is seeking compassionate CNAs for Concord Reserve to support residents across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing units. This PRN role offers shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with a minimum of 60 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Launder residents’ personal belongings.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts.
