Job summary

Walter Reed Post Acute is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a 181-bed facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and report changes to licensed staff while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment.

We offer day and evening shifts, shift differentials, and daily pay options. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and emotional needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
