Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) for the Good Samaritan - Bethany facility in Brainerd, MN. The NA will deliver direct, resident-centered care under RN supervision, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, and documentation, while upholding infection control standards.

Candidates must hold MN CNA certification or be enrolled to obtain it within four months. The role is PRN/on-call with flexible shifts, including weekend coverage and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant with Minnesota state certification, or enrolled to obtain certification within 4 months.
• Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living and vital signs.
• Document resident care and communicate changes to the nursing team.
• Support infection prevention and PPE use in daily tasks.
