Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents ensuring safety and comfort.
• Promote independence and dignity for residents.
• Inform supervising nurse of residents' status at start/end of shift.
• Contribute to residents' care plans with observations.
• Assist in implementing care plans per policy.
• Observe and report resident conditions and document appropriately.
• Maintain safe lifting/transfer procedures and equipment.
• Handle incidental housekeeping to maintain a clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
