• Active CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Compliant with facility requirements for immunizations, background check, drug screening, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to patients as directed, with a focus on Long-Term Care settings.
• Collaborate with nursing team, patients, and families to provide total care.
