Job summary

Award Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our family in Tampa, FL. We welcome new grads and offer flexible shifts in a caring, team-focused environment that prioritizes resident dignity and independence.

Join us for growth in hands-on care, daily living assistance, and companionship with residents. We value compassion, reliability, and teamwork and provide an urgent need for 7am-3pm shifts with possibilities for full-time or part-time employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct care to residents in accordance with laws and standards.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide personal hygiene support and safety.
• Assist with meals, medication reminders, and dining.
• Observe and report changes in residents' condition.
• Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Other duties as assigned.
