Qualifications

• Active CNA certification appropriate for the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful interaction.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan and agency policies.
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition to the supervisor.
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency procedures.
