Qualifications

• Active NYS CNA Certification required.
• Must be physically able to perform duties.
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Resume required.
• MMR & Varicella titers.
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive.
• 1 personal reference letter, 1 professional reference letter.
• Original non-expired state ID.
• Original proof of work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential basic care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Offer compassionate emotional and social support under RN supervision.
• Assist with daily activities and maintain patient comfort.
