Qualifications

• Active New York State CNA Certification.
• Must be physically capable and have stamina.
• High level of patience, empathy, and compassion.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Resume required.
• MMR & Varicella titers
• PPD or chest X-ray if positive
• 1 personal reference letter and 1 professional reference letter
• Original non-expired state identification
• Original proof of work authorization

Responsibilities

• Provide essential basic care to patients in a long-term care setting under RN supervision.
• Offer compassionate emotional and social support to residents.
• Assist with daily living activities as directed.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort at all times.
